Zeaspire Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Zeaspire. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (zeaspire.com) and our recruitment services (“Services”). By accessing our site or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.

Definitions

  • “Client” refers to any organization engaging Zeaspire’s recruitment services.

  • “Candidate” refers to any individual who submits personal data through our website for recruitment purposes.

  • “Services” include our three primary service models:

    • Retained Search: A strategic partnership for securing top-tier talent for key roles, with milestone-based payments (35% of the candidate’s annual salary, paid in thirds with a three-month replacement guarantee).

    • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO): Comprehensive outsourcing of recruitment processes with weekly, salaried payments.

    • Fractional Recruitment: Part-time, project-based recruitment support on an hourly basis with a minimum commitment.

Service Scope

General

Zeaspire provides specialized, data-driven, and human-centered recruitment solutions. As an intermediary between Clients and Candidates, we leverage our industry expertise to deliver customized talent acquisition strategies.

Retained Search

We commit to sourcing, screening, and presenting highly qualified candidates for critical roles. Payments are structured in three installments: initiation, interview stage, and offer acceptance. Additionally, we offer a replacement guarantee if the hired candidate leaves within three months of employment.

RPO & Fractional Recruitment

For these service models, Zeaspire integrates seamlessly into your organization’s hiring strategy. Our fees are determined based on the agreed-upon retainer or hourly rates. We remain committed to delivering efficient, high-quality recruitment support tailored to your needs.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process, Clients agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information regarding job roles, company culture, and hiring expectations.

  2. Maintain consistent and open communication with Zeaspire throughout the engagement.

  3. Adhere to the agreed-upon payment structure as outlined in the service agreement.

Candidate Representation

While Zeaspire makes every effort to source, evaluate, and present the best possible candidates, we act solely as an intermediary. We do not guarantee placements, employment outcomes, or candidate performance.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • The final hiring decision rests entirely with them.

  • They assume full responsibility for evaluating candidates’ suitability beyond Zeaspire’s recommendations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Zeaspire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

  • In no event shall Zeaspire’s total liability exceed the fees paid by the Client under the applicable service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images—is the exclusive property of Zeaspire or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to resolution in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.

Modifications

Zeaspire reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be clearly posted on our website, accompanied by the revised “Last Updated” date.

By continuing to use our Services after such updates, you acknowledge and accept the revised Terms.
